That's a tough job

We spent Saturday at the big blue n yellow building and its surrounding after Aliah's class. I know that Aliah will grow up to be a good shopping partner. She was super duper excited about a lot of things, shoes (yes.. i am raising a girl - haha!), little trinkets that have no point whatsoever, pretty dresses and of course toys.

Anyway, we were just walking about testing the sofas and she was much into the testing part. Lying there and pretending to get into the most comfortable sleeping position. Testing each sofa for its comfort, getting ideas of who sits where.

She kept going, "Mommy, look at that" and "Mommy, look look look".

Towards the end, I was checking out the potted plants. And I told her when she gets a bit older I'll get her a small potted plant for her to take care.

"That's a tough job Mommy"

"I know, that's why I'll only get you one when you're 5 yrs old"

"But..."

"Yes? What is it?"

"Can you wait till I'm 6?"

*Mommy terus speechless!*

This little bubbly girl has had a growth spurt this month. She's gone so much taller suddenly all her clothes are ill-fitting. And she has picked up a lot of words too.

Among which includes :

Come on! Come on! Let's go!

Come on in! (when opening the door to let someone in)

Go, go Elo! (when she is strapped in on her stroller, ready to go)

Big Ug (hug).. Awwwwwww!

Ummm.. De-e-shush (Delicious) (particularly for cold juices and yummeh food)

And my favourite of all would be Poprisseeee! (when she's doing a suprise)

She does a whole lot of imitating conversation from her PHDC. If you listen carefully, you'd get a bit of Di.bo, A.ni.mal Me.cha.ni.cals, Mic.key, Tig.ger & Pooh (which are all her current favourite) Of course Bar.ney tops the list but it is seldom on PHDC so she normally watches it on her CDs.

She's a cheeky girl too, knowing exactly what she cannot do but will do it anyway and runs away in glee when she's caught doing it.

She still does not like waking up early in the morning and will get cranky if forced to do so.

Loves to climb; her favourite would be the sofa near the switches (coz she gets to play with the switches too) and the living room sofa. She will climb from the front and do a Tumble.Tot back down from the headrest. Memang terrer.

She still does not like big crowds, the other day at Mama's we found her playing all by herself in one corner happily away from all her cousins.

She still goes to sleep holding Mommy's hand. No hugs, no kisses. Just Mommy's hand thank you very much.

And that makes Mommy's heart melt all the time.. *sigh*

Happy Mother's Day

This is what my eldest daughter told her father to get me for Mother's Day. Sweet eh? Pastu tertinggal kat Puchong. Haha.. Hopefully idop lagi by the time we save it this weekend.

Ada semut dalam kaki

Just got back from JB late yesterday evening..

Penat ya amat.

Still trying to come back to daily routine. Haha. Excuse my tardiness. Sneak preview je dulu lah ye.


By the way, Aliah got the semut-semut for sitting too long in the car. She just suddenly burst into giggles while shouting "ada semut laaa dalam kaki saya" Haha!
